I am a seasoned Brand Management Specialist, Trainer, and Business Consultant with over 16 years of hands-on experience across Sales, Marketing, Branding, Promotion, and Strategic Business Planning. Based in Uttara, Dhaka, I have built my career serving some of Bangladesh's most respected corporate groups — including Bashundhara Group, OTOBI Limited, Partex Furniture, and  SANMAR Group — rising through the ranks to lead teams, launch national  brands, and drive transformational growth.

My journey is defined by a relentless passion for people development and organizational excellence. As a trainer and facilitator, I have had the privilege of working with institutions such as Thriving Skill, Bangladesh Japan Training Institute (BJTI), Arena Excellence, and the Institute of Professional  Development Programs (IPDP). I bring the same energy, depth, and commitment to every training room, boardroom, and coaching session.

I hold an MBA from Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP) and a BBA in Marketing from Asian University of Bangladesh (AUB), further strengthened by 30+ professional certifications from IBA (University of Dhaka), BIM, IFC, and LinkedIn Learning. My approach combines academic rigor with battlefield-tested corporate experience — giving clients and learners something truly rare: real-world insight, not just theory.

Leading brand portfolio strategy for Hygiene & Toiletries products. Managing 480 distributors and 500+ Sales Representatives nationwide. Successfully launched Monalisa Sanitary Napkin brand, earned Diapant Superbrands Award — 3 times.
